📌Graduation Requirements
The graduation requirements are also outlined in the curriculum.
1. Elective credits may be taken from other departments, but at least 12 credits must be from professional courses within the Department of Computer Science.
2. The systems of day and night divisions differ; credits cannot be exchanged or used as electives between them.
3. University-level and college-level required courses cannot be used as elective credits.
4. Students must obtain at least one valid certification related to information technology (e.g., programming, web development, computer maintenance), excluding Class C certifications. The certification must be valid in the year of graduation.
5. A total of 128 credits must be completed, including 30 university-required course credits (excess general education courses do not count).
6. Attendance at a minimum of 8 lectures is required, along with passing evaluations in Health, Empathy, Innovation, and Excellence twice each.
7. Students must complete one department-designated professional program.
8. Students must complete one of the three interdisciplinary program options: cross-disciplinary, major in another department, or minor in another department.
9. If a department-required course is also listed in a university-designated professional program, the requirement is fulfilled for both, but the credits will only be counted once.
