II. Application Procedure:

Application Period: February 2, 2026 – February 23, 2026 (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Process: Please bring your ID (ARC or Passport) to the Registration and Curriculum Section (Office of Academic Affairs) to fill out the "Resumption of Studies Application Form" and follow the required administrative workflow.

Important Notice: If you do not apply to resume your studies or request an extension of your leave of absence by the deadline, you will be officially withdrawn/dismissed from the university.
