I. Target Audience: Students who are unable to graduate this semester and need to extend their studies.
II. Important Dates:

Online Application for Extension: Feb 2, 2026 (10:00 AM) – Feb 23, 2026 (12:00 PM).

Online Course Selection: Feb 2, 2026 (10:00 AM) – March 3, 2026 (5:00 PM).
III. Procedure:
Step 1: Application for Extension

Log in to the Student Information System: http://course.asia.edu.tw/

Go to [Applications] / [Extended Study Application].

Select your [Reason for Extension] and click [Apply] to complete the process.
Step 2: Course Selection

Log in to the Course Selection System: http://120.108.101.81/Chcourse/ to select your courses.

To verify your selection, go to the Student Information System -> [Semester Timetable]. Select [1142] for the academic year/semester and click [Query].
Step 3: Tuition Payment

You can print your payment slip starting from 3:00 PM the day after you complete course selection.

Log in to the Student Information System -> [Applications] / [Print Payment Slip].

Important: Select [Add/Drop (加退選)] as the payment category, then click [Print Payment Slip] and complete the payment.
