Announcement: Graduation Qualification Review, School-Leaving Procedures, and Diploma Collection (Semester 114-1)

1. Checking Graduation & Clearance Status

  • Starting Date: Friday, January 30, 2026.

  • How to Check: Log in to the [Student Information System] -> [Records] -> [Graduation Clearance/School-Leaving Status Query].

  • Note: You are eligible to collect your diploma only when all departments/units are marked with a "Y" (except for the "Diploma Serial Number Registration" and "Collection of Diploma" status).

2. Diploma Collection Period

  • Dates: February 2, 2026 (Mon) – March 2, 2026 (Mon).

  • Office Hours: Weekdays 8:10 AM – 5:00 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:10 PM).

  • Closed Dates (No collection available):

    • February 16 (Mon) – February 20 (Fri): Lunar New Year Holiday.

    • February 27 (Fri): University Holiday.

Important: If your "Initial Graduation Review" is completed after February 2, please wait three working days after the completion date before coming to pick up your diploma.

3. Methods of Collection

  • (1) In Person: Please bring your ID card (or ARC/Passport) to the Registration and Curriculum Section (Office of Academic Affairs).

  • (2) By Proxy (Authorization): If someone is picking it up for you, they must bring a Letter of Authorization (signed by you) and the Proxy’s ID/Passport.
