Announcement on the Application for Credit Transfer for New and Transfer Students in the 114-1 Semester – Also Applicable to Returning Students Completing Transfer Applications

※ Application Period:
From 10:00 AM, July 14, 114 (Monday) to 5:00 PM, August 11, 114 (Monday).
Results can be checked starting 10:00 AM, September 5 (Friday) via the Student Information System.

※ Application Procedure:
Go to the Student Information System → [Applications] → [Credit Transfer Application], fill in the required information, upload your official transcript and course syllabus, and submit the original transcript and other required documents.
(Incomplete applications — e.g., only uploading part of the materials — will be considered invalid.)

Make sure that all courses you wish to transfer have been entered into the system to avoid omissions.

In addition to uploading the official transcript, each course for transfer must be accompanied by the original course syllabus or content description, uploaded to the system to facilitate review by the relevant departments or academic units.

You must also submit one hard copy of your official transcript or other supporting documents. Please mail them by registered post or deliver them in person to your department office before the deadline.
Write your (new) student ID number and department name on a blank section of the transcript or documents for easier verification.

For day program undergraduate students applying for credit transfer of the Service Learning Courses:
Since the course content and titles vary among universities, please contact the Service Learning Section, Office of Student Affairs for assistance.

Master's students applying to transfer graduate-level courses taken during their undergraduate program must attach a Graduate Course Credit Approval Certificate.

※ After submitting the application, if you wish to delete any transfer entry, please email the Office of Academic Affairs (academic@asia.edu.tw) within the application period. Include your student ID number and application serial number.
Before submission, you can still edit or delete entries directly in the system.

※ Please avoid calling for inquiries on the following university make-up days: July 25 (Friday), August 8 (Friday), and August 15 (Friday). For any questions regarding credit transfer, contact the relevant offices during regular working hours within the application period.

※ If any returning students wish to apply for late credit transfer, they must also complete the procedure within the application period stated above. The system will automatically grant access for this.
A reminder to students entering their fourth year of undergraduate study: no additional credit transfer period will be provided for graduating students in the future. Please take advantage of this application period to avoid affecting your graduation timeline.
