1. Schedule for receiving the "Graduation Certificate" (Before receiving the "Graduation Certificate", you must complete the online "Graduation Clearance Procedure Inquiry" as described in item 2 below)

If you need to collect your graduation certificate earlier due to special reasons (such as taking a national exam, employment, further studies, military service, going abroad, etc.), please bring the exam guide, admission ticket, or related documents to your department office for registration between 6/12 (Thursday) and 6/26 (Thursday). Once approved, you may collect the certificate from the Office of Academic Affairs starting from 7/3 (Thursday). [Please make sure your grades have been entered and you have completed the graduation clearance procedure and the graduate satisfaction survey by 6/26 (Thursday).] The related supporting documents provided by the graduate will be reviewed, registered, and uploaded to the cloud by the department office.
2. Before receiving the "Graduation Certificate", you must complete the online clearance process inquiry:
(1) According to the “Graduation Qualification Confirmation Date” in the table above, log in to the “Student Information System” → [Records] → [Graduation Clearance Procedure Inquiry] to check the current progress of your graduation review and clearance records. If all units’ checks are marked “Y” except for “Graduation Serial Number Assignment and Certificate Collection,” you may collect your graduation certificate within the scheduled period. If you have any questions about the “Graduation Review Items,” please call (04) 2332-3456 and dial the following extensions:

(2) Students of the university who have completed the required period of study, earned the credits and completed the courses (including any required internships) as specified by their department (program) or curriculum, and passed all required assessments as stipulated by the university, shall be awarded a degree and issued a degree certificate.
3. Methods for receiving the degree certificate
(1) Pick up in person: Graduates should bring their ID card to collect their certificate at their respective department office.
(2) Authorize someone to pick it up: If the graduate is unable to collect the certificate in person, please fill out an Authorization Form for Certificate Collection (see attachment). The authorized person (please have them bring their ID document) should collect the certificate at the graduate's department office.
(3) Self-paid mail delivery: From 7/9 (until 9/5), online applications for mail delivery will be accepted (delivery is limited to Taiwan). The list of applications and completed payments will be compiled every Thursday at 16:00, and the certificates will be sent out on the following Tuesday. The first batch of mailings will begin on 7/15 (Tuesday).
(2) Authorize someone to pick it up: If the graduate is unable to collect the certificate in person, please fill out an Authorization Form for Certificate Collection (see attachment). The authorized person (please have them bring their ID document) should collect the certificate at the graduate's department office.
(3) Self-paid mail delivery: From 7/9 (until 9/5), online applications for mail delivery will be accepted (delivery is limited to Taiwan). 4. If a student is unable to graduate in this semester (113-2), they must complete the extension procedures within the specified period. Online application period for extended study: August 1, 114 (Friday) to September 15, 114 (Monday). During this period, only the "Extension Application" will be available; course selection will not be open. The confirmed course selection schedule will be announced later on the Office of Academic Affairs website.
