[Office of Academic Affairs - Announcement] Reinstatement Schedule for Semester 114-1

1. Eligible Applicants: Students applying for reinstatement after leave of absence
2. Procedure:
(1) Processing Period: August 1, 114 (Monday) to September 8, 114 (Friday), Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
(2) Process: Bring your identification to the Office of Academic Affairs, Registration and Curriculum Division to fill out the "Reinstatement Application Form" and complete the related procedures according to the process.
(3) Important Notice: Students who do not apply for reinstatement after the leave period expires, or do not apply to continue the leave, will be subject to dismissal.
