【Office of Academic Affairs - Announcement】113-2 Semester Online Process for Students: [Extension of Study], [Course Selection], [Payment]

  • Target Audience: Students applying for an extension of study (those who have not yet graduated).

  • Process:
    (1) Extension of Study Online Application Period: From 10:00 AM on February 3, 2025, to 12:00 PM on February 25, 2025.
    (2) Online Course Selection Period: From 10:00 AM on February 3, 2025, to 12:00 PM on February 25, 2025.
    (3) Application Process:

    1. Extension of Study Application: Log in to the "Student Information System" [http://course.asia.edu.tw/], go to [Various Applications] / [Extension Application], select [Reason for Extension], and then click [Apply for Extension] to complete the application.
    2. Course Selection: Enter the "Course Selection System" [http://120.108.101.81/Chcourse/] to select courses.
      You can also confirm your course selection by logging into the "Student Information System" and navigating to [Semester Schedule] / [Semester Year Term], select [1132], and click [Query] to verify your course details.
    3. Payment: After completing course selection, starting at 3:00 PM the following day, log into the "Student Information System" to print the payment slip under [Various Applications] / [Print Payment Slip]. Use the printed payment slip to complete your payment.
      ※ Choose [Course Add/Drop] under [Payment Slip Type], then click [Print Payment Slip].
