Applicable to: Students returning from a leave of absence.
Procedure:
Timeframe: From August 1, 114 to September 8, 114, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Process: Bring valid identification to the Registration and Curriculum Division, Office of Academic Affairs, to fill out the “Reinstatement Application Form” and complete all required procedures.
Important Notes: Students who do not apply for reinstatement or an extension of leave after their leave period ends will be dismissed from the university.
