(1) Online application period for course extension:
From 10:00 AM, August 1, 114 to 12:00 noon, September 15, 114.
(2) How to apply for extension:
Log in to the Student Information System, navigate to [Applications] / [Extension Application], select the reason for extension, and click [Apply for Extension] to complete the application.
