Course Pre-registration Announcement for the 114-1 Semester <Cross-program course selection is not available during this stage>

Pre-registration for courses will be open from 2025/06/03 (Tue) to 2025/06/06 (Fri).
Please see the attachment for full details.

[Extended Study Students] will not participate in this course selection schedule.
If you wish to register for courses for the 114-1 semester, please complete course selection between 2025/08/01 and 2025/08/15 according to the official announcements on the Office of Academic Affairs website.


Course Selection Time Slots:

🔸 4th-year students in the Day Division and Continuing Bachelor’s Program:
From 2025/06/03 (Tue) 10:00 to 2025/06/06 (Fri) 17:00

🔸 3rd-year students in the Day Division and Continuing Bachelor’s Program:
From 2025/06/04 (Wed) 10:00 to 2025/06/06 (Fri) 17:00

🔸 All students in all programs (including Day Division, Continuing Bachelor’s Program, 80-credit programs, Master's (including In-Service), and Doctoral programs):
From 2025/06/04 (Wed) 15:00 to 2025/06/06 (Fri) 17:00


Before Pre-registration, Please Note:

  1. The course list and schedule for the 114-1 semester will be available for student viewing starting 2025/06/02 (Mon) at 12:00 PM (noon).

  2. For second-year Day Division students, please fill out your preferences for Physical Education (III) through the Student Information System.
    If you fail to do so within the deadline, the system will assign you to a PE class randomly.

Third- and fourth-year students should use the course selection system to click on the “Physical Education” button to view the available PE courses for the semester.
Each student may select up to 2 PE courses (the system will randomly assign a maximum of 1).
Lower-year students are strictly prohibited from enrolling in upper-year PE courses.

  1. Students who have not completed the "Instructor and Advisor Satisfaction Surveys" will not be allowed to pre-register.
    Please go to the Student Information System → complete all required surveys, then proceed to the course selection system to pre-register.

Students who have successfully applied for a major transfer in the 114-1 semester must first log in using their original student ID to complete the surveys, and then use their new student ID to pre-register.
(The list of approved transfers was announced on 2025/05/14 on the Office of Academic Affairs website.)

  1. Students who have declared a minor or double major will see their credit limits adjusted to 31/33 credits in the course selection system and may select courses from their minor or second major program.


After Pre-registration – Course Assignment Results:

If the number of students selecting a course exceeds its capacity, the system will randomly assign students after pre-registration ends.

Results of the pre-registration will be available starting 2025/07/10 (Thu) at 3:00 PM through the Student Information System under the semester course schedule section.
(The 114-1 course schedule inquiry function will be temporarily unavailable from the end of pre-registration until results are announced.)

Students who miss the pre-registration period should complete add/drop procedures during the first week of the 114-1 semester.
The add/drop schedule will follow the official announcement from the Office of Academic Affairs.
