1. Evaluation Period :
The time frame to access the Class Advisor Evaluation System and submit the evaluation starts at
📅 08:00 on May 19th, 2025 (Monday) and ends at 17:00 on June 6th, 2025 (Friday).

2. Who is required to submit the evaluation :
All non-graduating undergraduate students, including both Taiwanese and international students, in the Day Division and Extension Division.

3. System Path :

※ Notices :
1. Class Advisors of non-graduating classes are encouraged to remind students to complete and submit the Class Advisor Evaluation online.
2. All student responses will be kept strictly confidential. Please answer the evaluation honestly and carefully.
3. Once the evaluation is submitted, it cannot be changed or withdrawn.
