🔸Application period: From 10:00 AM on April 21, 2025 (Monday) to 5:00 PM on May 29, 2025 (Friday).

🔸Overview of Withdrawal Application Procedure:

Step 1. Log in to the Student Information System, go to “Applications” → “Course Withdrawal Application” to start the process.

Step 2. Carefully read the “Important Notes”, verify your personal information, and make sure all data is correct before proceeding.

Step 3. In the “Course List”, check the course(s) you wish to withdraw from, select the reason for withdrawal, and click “Submit” to proceed.

Step 4. Confirm the withdrawal information. If everything is correct, click “Submit Application”. If you need to make changes, click “Back”.
If the application is incomplete, a reminder message will appear.
Note: Undergraduate seniors (4th year), master’s students in their 2nd year, and PhD students in years 3 to 7 must ensure that the withdrawal does not reduce their credits below the minimum required for graduation, and must retain at least one course to submit the application.
Additionally, undergraduate students in years 1 to 3, with learning needs and mentor approval, may apply for withdrawal within the minimum required credits minus 3.

Step 5. The “Review Result” section will show whether the withdrawal application is approved. You can also check the result under your “Semester Schedule” or by going to “Application Records” → “Course Withdrawal Result Inquiry.”

♦ Students who wish to apply for course withdrawal must submit their application online via the “Student Information System” within the designated period — after midterm exams and no later than two weeks before final exams or graduation exams.

♦ After withdrawal, the remaining number of credits must still comply with the minimum credit requirements for each year level as stated in Article 17 of the Academic Regulations. Applications that do not meet this requirement will not be accepted by the system.

♦ According to the implementation of the AI Alliance Program, students enrolled in courses under this program must follow the withdrawal procedures and timeline as announced by the Office of the College of Artificial Intelligence. These cases are not subject to the procedures in this withdrawal announcement.
