Student leave is categorized by reason as follows:
(1) Personal Leave: for general private matters.
(2) Sick Leave: for illness.
(3) Official Leave: for representing the university or assigned by instructors to handle official duties.
(4) Marriage/Funeral Leave: for personal marriage or bereavement of relatives.
(5) Maternity Leave: for students who are unable to attend class due to childbirth.
(6) Paternity Leave: for male students whose spouse is giving birth.
Students applying for personal, sick, or official leave should use the Student Information System, fill in all required fields in the online leave application section, and the leave will take effect only after approval.
